Description

  • Full-Time Remote Role: You will oversee a team of sales representatives, guiding them to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, providing targeted coaching, and driving overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Prior experience managing sales teams in a call center or similar environment.
  • Exceptional Coaching Skills: Ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to consistently meet & exceed performance targets.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Dynamic Environment: Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing situations, and maintain composure under pressure while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting sales metrics and developing action plans based on data.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in financial services such as debt relief, credit, insurance, or related fields is required.
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while navigating CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other digital tools with precision.
  • Personal Equipment: Must provide your own computer or laptop with at least & GB RAM, a headset with microphone, and a high-speed internet connection.
